Curtain Fabric

A curtain fabric, also called drape fabric in the United states, is a piece of fabrication that is able to block or obscure light, air (wind) or water. Such kind of fabric is known as shower curtain fabric.

What is Curtain Fabric

A curtain fabric that is hung over a doorway is often classified as portieres fabric. Another category is called drapery fabric (same as mentioned above) which is a curtain fabric that is hung inside a building’s window to block light to help sleeping at night. Another function for drapery fabric is to stop light escaping from the window. In other words, it is able to prevent being watched from people outside to protect privacy.
